Refurbishing

PLC Upgrade

Custom Projects

Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) is used to monitor and identify gases present within a vacuum chamber. By measuring the partial pressures of individual species, an RGA can detect leaks, contamination, outgassing, and process byproducts—providing valuable insight for maintaining process purity and diagnosing system performance.

A Polycold unit, often called a Polycold cryogenic refrigeration system, is used in vacuum chambers to trap and condense water vapor and other condensable gases before they reach the primary pump. By lowering the partial pressure of these vapors, it significantly improves pump-down times and helps achieve lower base pressures. We can custom make a coil for your system.
