Custom Projects

Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) is used to monitor and identify gases present within a vacuum chamber. By measuring the partial pressures of individual species, an RGA can detect leaks, contamination, outgassing, and process byproducts, providing valuable insight for maintaining process purity and diagnosing system performance.

We design and fabricate custom vacuum chambers and precision fixtures tailored to unique process and integration requirements. From initial concept through machining and final assembly, each system is engineered for vacuum integrity, thermal stability, and compatibility with existing platforms.

A Polycold cryogenic refrigeration system traps and condenses water vapor and other condensable gases before they reach the primary pump, significantly improving pump-down times and helping achieve lower base pressures. We custom-make coils to fit your specific system.
