Our Services
Complete sputtering systems, upgrades, and expert support.

PVD Systems
We collaborate closely with universities, national laboratories, startups, and established companies worldwide to deliver systems tailored to specific process requirements. Our support spans the entire lifecycle — from system design and fabrication through installation, commissioning, and ongoing service.
Refurbishing
PLC-based controlled architectures deliver reliable, deterministic operation of all process functions. The PLC manages sequencing, interlocks, safety logic, and real-time monitoring, ensuring precise control of vacuum, gas flow, power supplies, and thermal systems. This architecture improves system stability, simplifies troubleshooting, and provides long-term supportability through widely available industrial automation platforms.
Field Service
We provide comprehensive field service and responsive phone support to keep your systems running at peak performance. Our experienced technicians are available for on-site troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

PLC Upgrade
In many legacy systems, the chambers and structural framework remain mechanically sound; however, production downtime is often driven by obsolete electronics. We modernize these platforms by integrating current-generation computer hardware and PLC-based control systems, restoring reliability, performance, and long-term serviceability.

Custom Projects
Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) is used in vacuum systems to monitor and identify the composition of gases present within the chamber. By measuring partial pressures of individual species, an RGA helps detect leaks, contamination, outgassing, and process byproducts, providing critical insight for maintaining process purity and diagnosing system performance issues.

RGA Analysis
We design and fabricate custom vacuum chambers and precision fixtures tailored to specific process and integration requirements. From concept through machining and final assembly, each build is engineered for vacuum integrity, thermal stability, and compatibility with existing systems, ensuring reliable performance in demanding research and production environments.
